DOMESTIC (USA) & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We hope you found exactly what you were looking for – and that you will cherish it over the years to come. However, behno New York would like to ensure your complete satisfaction.

behno New York is pleased to provide return shipping labels for domestic orders. There is a restocking fee of $40 on all returned orders. All restocking fees will be deducted from your final return back to your original form of payment. Return shipping labels are not provided for any international orders.

All sale items or items that are marked down are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, price-adjustments, or store credit under any circumstances. Personal promo codes created by our Client Services team and promotional or campaign-driven promo codes are also final sale. All purchases made in “bundles” or “sets” are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit under any circumstances. No promos or codes can be combined or used with bundles or sets.

If you placed an order within seven (7) days of a product’s price drop, you qualify for a one time price-adjustment from all full priced items. Price-adjustments on items already on sale or on final sale do not qualify. Please email clientservices@behno.com for assistance.

To begin the return process, request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order by contacting clientservices@behno.com. If your request is submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order, a Client Services Specialist will respond with a return authorization number after assisting in troubleshooting your order. Please note, return packages must be postmarked no later than seven (7) days from the date you receive your return authorization number.

Merchandise must be returned with original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition and sent back with all original packaging. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your packing list must be enclosed with your return authorization number clearly documented. behno New York reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, behno New York will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. For multiple product orders, we kindly ask that the merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.

Pack your unused merchandise securely and ensure that the return authorization number is indicated on a copy of your invoice.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified by email. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your return is received by our warehouse for your refund. For an exchange of a product, please follow the return guidelines and place a new order online. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date your return is received and your account will be charged once the exchange item has been shipped.

Should our Client Services team not hear back from you within seven days of an initial email, your case will be closed.
