Dhumsingh is from Madhya Pradesh and used to work at another factory as an operator. After he learned about MSA Ethos and the benefits of working there through a friend of his, he decided to make the shift. The shift was momentous for him; back home, he used to live with his mother, father, sister, and brother and now he lives alone. He moved from Madhya Pradesh to Gujarat alone through a four-day bus ride. He currently lives in housing provided by MSA Ethos and is learning to cook a lot more.
