Jitesh transitioned into the garment industry after he spent some time as a chauffeur. He came to MSA Ethos along with Mukeshbhai Kothari, who is the Managing Director at MSA Ethos. Mukeshbhai noted previously that Jitesh "[had] a lot of skill and [that] if [he] came with [him], it'll be a wonderful thing." He is now an all around handyman at MSA Ethos, but primarily focuses on managing the raw material storage at the factory. His work is important to him and has helped him cope with many personal challenges he has faced in life, including a divorce that impacted him tremendously. Now, he is happily married again with children and loves to eat all sorts of multi-cuisine food.
