What made you want to participate and get involved with behno: Prior to attending Stern
I worked as a lawyer in human rights. A few years ago I became interested in the intersection between business and human rights particularly in the apparel sector. I learned about Benho through a friend and the mission of the brand particularly resonated with me.
What do you love about wearing behno: Fit, quality, style and, of course, the label's mission.
What is your favorite piece: the Green Ima Trench.

Fashion is empowering.
What do you love about your job: I love being able to learn how human rights and business can be combined to form not only sustainable ventures but those that also benefit society.
One change you want to see in the world: I would like the world to embrace empathy and disregard those issues which divide us.
One change you want to see in your work environment: Greater opportunities for women to hold leadership positions, flexibility for those who choose to have families and appreciation that those who choose this path are raising the next generation. Additionally, I believe that businesses would benefit from embracing management styles which are inclusive, empowering and collaborative.
Biggest social injustice: There are so many, but if I had to choose, I would say access to education.
