Portrait of Tara Jagdishbhai, Dan Smith, 2016.
Tara lives in a rented house not too far from MSA Ethos and has decided to be close to her workplace and only goes back to her home in the village once a month. Her children go to school at MSA’s Baxi Panch, a local school, and her elder son lives in the school’s hostel. Her husband, a security guard at MSA, fell sick and relied on her relationships with the management team at MSA Ethos to help navigate the healthcare system and also receive financial support. Through MSA Ethos, she is able to earn enough to sustain her household.
